At Jungle Vibez, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every seed purchase. Should there be any issue or if you’re not entirely happy with your order, please review our return policy below:

RETURNS:

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase or experience any problems with your order, please contact us without delay. Reach out via email at info@junglevibez.com or call us at +31 (0)6 17 604 206. All return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items returned after this period may not be eligible for a refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging. Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or contains defective items, please contact us immediately at info@junglevibez.com or call +31 (0)6 17 604 206. For items damaged during transport, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer you a choice of a replacement or a full refund. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved, as they might be needed for inspection.

PROCESSING RETURNS:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
